Bio
Gail A. Tucker has performed vital and creative work serving the communications needs of Louisville area non-profits for thirty-five years. Her skills range from media relations to grant writing and her clients range from Dare to Care to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Tucker graduated from University of Kentucky (1972) with a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism). She also graduated from the Instituto de Lengua Español (San Jose, Costa Rica) in 1986 and has retained some Spanish skills. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she also works as a volunteer at such organizations as Walnut Street Baptist Church (Christian Social Ministries), Actors Theatre of Louisville (Usher), Toonerville Neighborhood Association, Fresh Stop Farmer’s Market at 4th Ave. Methodist Church and Sister Cities of Louisville. In her free time she likes to walk, travel and spend time with her husband Dale, two sons Todd and Daniel, and her friends.
